Ensuring the environmental safety of products is a priority of the holding company's production and commercial policy. The production cycle of equipment manufacturing plants is built using advanced environmental protection technologies.

An important component of Polair Group's business strategy is ensuring the environmental safety of refrigeration equipment.

To this end, in accordance with the Montreal Protocol, which was ratified by Russia, the equipment produced has been converted to ozone-safe refrigerants R134a and R404A.

Polair Group is also actively implementing energy-saving technologies. For example, the design of the refrigerated cabinet is based on a single-piece body, which provides maximum thermal insulation and airtightness of the interior, reducing energy consumption.

For large beverage manufacturers that use refrigerated cabinets to display and sell beverages, models with energy-saving controllers are being developed. Refrigeration equipment for shops in this configuration effectively maintains the temperature within a specified range and ensures that refrigerated cabinets operate in two modes: ‘day’ and ‘night’.

For example, water coolers have been installed in the plastic profile extrusion section, which has made it possible to organise a closed water cycle. The commissioning of a modern boiler room has reduced gas consumption and, as a result, emissions into the environment.

Projects are launched to reduce the burden on the environment.
